Looking for workers with good attitudes, punctuality, the ability to work through different daily jobs / challenges, and must also work well with others.
Available positions:
-Ground crew. Green or experienced.
-Climber / bucket operators. Two years experience required. (Expected to also help with ground crew tasks.)
Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license with your own daily transportation.
Must be able to work full days outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must be physically fit with a DOT card, or the ability to obtain a DOT card, and be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
No vaping / smoking in trucks or on job sites. No alcohol or drug use and/or intoxication will be tolerated.
Experience with equipment, trucks and trailers is preferred, or you must have the ability to safely / quickly learn.
Must wear supplied helmet and other PPE (job dependent).
Wages:
Ground crew: $18 - 25 hourly
Climber / bucket operators: $24 - 35 hourly
Pay will depend on experience and effort applied. I am a relatively new, growing company with the ability to work up the ladder. Shirts, sweatshirts and gloves will be supplied with a yearly $200 stipend for boots.
After four months, 3 paid sick days and 3 paid vacation days. After one year, 5 paid sick days and 5 paid vacation days.
Flexible unpaid days off with a two-weeks heads up.
