We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Labor/Production Line Workers for our client in the warehouse industry. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with physical work, fast-paced environments, and hands-on responsibilities.
Location: Malden, MA 02148
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM or 4PM - 12AM
Pay Rate; $15.50HR
Responsibilities:
- Operate on the production line, assembling, packaging, labeling, or sorting products
- Load and unload materials, pallets, or boxes using manual labor or pallet jacks
- Inspect products for defects before packing and notify supervisors of any quality issues
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and general warehouse housekeeping
- Adhere to company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to (X) lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or production line experience is a plus, but not required
