Brake & Clutch is looking for a full-time Warehouse Manager & Forklift Operator in Salem, MA.
We are a full-line truck equipment distributor specializing in vehicle-mounted snow plows, ice control equipment, truck bodies and mobile hydraulics. We are a growing, family-owned business that invests in our employees through generous benefits and training.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise warehouse, yard and forklift operations
Load and unload trailer trucks. Receive and stock inventory
Ensure warehouse is secure, organized, and inventory is accurate
Fulfill orders from pick tickets and ensure order fulfillment accuracy
Operate a forklift
FIFO inventory rotation
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience
Forklift certified
Self-motivated with ability to create best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with a team
Ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. with appropriate assistance
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position, with competitive compensation and benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401K plan, paid time off, and vacation.
