Busy General Practice Firm in Lynnfield seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant
The Assistant may be responsible for the following:
Maintaining calendar
Scanning in mail and saving same on Office drive
Correspondence with clients and others
Drafting cover letter and filings
Typing up documents
E-filing documents
Assembling packages prepared for court (discovery and the likes)
Typing up documents
Billing clients
Time entry
Following up with client
Answering calls
Day to day activities as requested and assigned
Case load management and maintain deadlines
Preferred candidates will have the following:
- Ability to work on MacBook
- My Case
- Calendar
- Massachusetts E-Filing system
- Bilingual
Will train the right candidate.
15 hours a week to start. (Lynnfield office)
