Divorce Trial Attorney, must be willing to litigate disparate division

This case is leaning toward a 1 to 1.5 day trial and involves division of an unencumbered real property valued at $230,000

So far, I have only found attorneys willing to take the case on a limited assistance basis to see if they can settle it. Settlement is possible, but continuing without full representation in case it falls through- that is not tenable.

If you are an attorney willing to take a case to trial with documentary evidence and witness testimony supporting disparate division, please respond. There is a reasonable opportunity to settle, but I can only give that opportunity to an attorney who is fully signed on, and I will need diligent parallel efforts in preparing for trial, rather than waiting to see what happens with the settlement effort.

I am able to make retainer immediately and I am prepared to fund a trial.

I would also consider a hybrid agreement that includes a contingency fee.

I am also a well-organized client.
