Consumer Protection Firm which practices in many states and has a large volume of clients is looking for an attorney(s) who is looking for more cases to supplement or grow their practice.
Familiarity with Lemon Law and Auto Fraud and/or with M.G.L. 93A is required, some litigation experience is preferred.
Extensive Trial experience is a plus. Experience in federal consumer protection cases is a plus. Multiple state bar licenses is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Applicant must be well-spoken, professional, patient with clients, must work quickly, willing to take most cases on contingency, and be proficient in legal research and writing.
