We are a busy Divorce and Family Law Firm seeking a skilled Part-Time Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in supporting attorneys in all aspects of family law matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and preparing motions, Uncontested Divorce Documents, Statements of Net Worth, and other family law documents
FAMILIARITY with court documents, pleadings, court proceedings, legal formalities IS A MUST!
- Required Skills & Experience:
Prior paralegal experience in divorce and family law
Strong legal drafting and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and client service skills
MUST BE TECH SAVY and ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
