We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of litigation processes, particularly in the areas of Civil Procedure. This role requires proficiency in drafting civil motions, pleadings, and complaints, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely.
Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.
Maintaining the Court Calendar
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Maintain case management databases and ensure all documents are filed accurately.
Communicate effectively with clients, and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases.
Organize case files, manage deadlines, and track the progress of litigation matters.
Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Experience
Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal role is preferred.
Strong understanding of litigation processes
Proficiency in legal software is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to write clearly and concisely for various legal documents and correspondence.
