Our client, a consulting firm based in Boston, is seeking a Global Positioning and Campaigns Manager to join their team! This is a 6-month temporary role that would start in January of 2024, is full time Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and is paying up to $38/hour, based on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!Job Responsibilities:Help define, execute, and adapt omni-channel campaigns across the global marketing channels as well as local markets worldwideLeverage strategic partnerships (incl. with paid media) to support the roll-out of the positioning campaignContribute to thought leadership development bringing in an audience perspective, with specific focus on media/social mediaWork in close collaboration with colleagues from communication channels (e.g., public relations, social media, e-mail, website and also internal communications), Practice Areas and local markets in an agile way of workingWork closely with the analytics team to integrate and measure the value and impact of the campaign and its strategic partnershipsAdapt the activation accordingly based on gained insightsJob Competencies:Being able to creatively shape content and media assets with the lens of a storytelling expert making it attractive for various amplification channelsConceptual and analytical thinking to craft a positioning strategyUnderstanding the themes shaping today's global agenda (e.g., climate and sustainability, AI) and business prioritiesCreating and interpreting thought leadership content together with topic experts, Practice Area management teams and editorialManaging and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders (e.g. Leadership Team, members of think tank the Bruce Henderson Institute)Building and nurturing a network with external strategic partners / influencersWorking collaboratively across teams in a matrixed organization, especially with Practice Areas and regions - in an agile wayWorking in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA minimum of 6 years-experience in campaign management or journalism/publishing backgroundAdvanced communication skills: oral, written, and active listening (including senior leadership presentations)Experience in a professional services firm e.g., management consulting is a plusA Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of expertise.
