What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via Freshdesk, Mailchimp, and social media
Coordinate with tech conference organizers and manage event logistics
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Research new marketing and partnership opportunities
Contribute to strategic discussions and marketing initiatives
You Should Have:
A degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Customer service and marketing experience
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
