We are a small boutique real estate photography business looking to add a new photographer. We are seeking a talented and creative person to help with photography, videography and other general real estate marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, specializing in capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties. We are looking for someone who has some experience in photography but you don't need to be an expert. We would actually prefer someone is not already an expert or someone who thinks they are an expert. If you are interested in photography and are willing to learn we will train you.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos of real estate properties using the HDR bracketing method.
Upload and manage photo files, ensuring timely communication of any field notes.
Identify and implement creative solutions during shoots.
Travel to and from photo shoots punctually.
Communicate effectively with clients on-site and remotely.
Maintain and manage photography equipment.
Keep calendar updated for time tracking.
Maintain consistent communication across departments.
Operate effectively both as part of a team and individually.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Requirements
Some photography skills required and some experience in real estate preferred.
Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have at a minimum:
A DSLR/mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic) with 4K video capabilities.
A wide-angle lens. (between 10-16mm)
A tripod.
Gear head
Reliable internet for uploading photos.
Things that would make you stand out as a candidate.
Possess FAA part 107 drone pilot license
Real estate industry experience
Sales experience
Customer service experience
Willingness to learn how to take expert level photos of properties.
