Position Summary: The Landscape Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team within the landscape division. This role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and overseeing project proposals and execution to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping or related fields, with proven leadership, sales acumen, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for the landscape division.

Identify target markets and customer segments to enhance sales efforts.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Set sales goals and monitor performance, providing coaching and support to team members to achieve targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Proposal and Contract Management:

Oversee the creation and presentation of landscape design proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability while meeting customer expectations.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.

Strong understanding of landscaping design, installation, and maintenance processes.
