Item Studio is a creative collaborative studio developing products for major retailers in the North America and Europe. Our current product lines include both seasonal and everyday gift & stationery, paper tableware, gift tags and bags, puzzles, and crafts — with a strong focus on seasonal trends and ongoing design innovation. Both everyday & seasonal introductions offer new opportunities to create fresh new designs that resonate with consumers and stand out on shelf. Position Overview:
We’re looking for versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer(s) to support both our everyday & seasonal design development of our core product lines and the creation of new product lines from concept to retail launch. This includes developing visual identities, branding, packaging and display concepts, and print-ready artwork that align with our brand offering and current design trends and retail partner expectations.
What You’ll Do:
Design everyday & seasonal graphics for stationery, puzzles, crafts, and other products
Create brand identities, logo systems, display graphics and packaging for all product lines
Collaborate with other designers and the creative director to refine concepts & designs
Prepare production-ready files and include retail partner and factory production specs
Work within established brand guidelines while contributing new concepts and designs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong portfolio showcasing trend-based design, branding and packaging
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & some InDesign)
Understanding of everyday and seasonal product development and retail trends
Experience designing for stationery, gift, craft, or toy categories a plus
Bonus if you have illustration skills or a knack for original playful, colorful desings
Ability to work independently, take feedback, and meet deadlines
