What You’ll Do:
Assemble solar-powered units using hand tools
Run basic machinery & conduct simple quality checks
Troubleshoot small mechanical issues
Stay on target with production goals
Keep workstations clean & safe
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge & blueprint reading
Great work ethic and strong attention to detail
Must be reliable—attendance is KEY!
