MAIN JOB CONCERN IS WITH COLEX KNIFE CUT TABLE SHOWN. MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THIS MACHINE, IT IS SIMILAR TO A CNC PLASMA BUT WAY MORE DETAILED.
The COLEX has routing capabilities you will need to perform for die cutting flat stock materials such as plywood, some metals, .010'' - .500'' Thk acrylic to .010'' thk - 2'' Thk solid silicone rubber sheets, Kiss cut knifes .005 frozen adhesive sheets to - 2'' thk foams with adhesive backings. We can even router Guitar bodies (If you're into that kind of stuff ;)) If you can run it, you got the job!
Die Cutting experience with clicker machines, Hudson machinery, multi-stroke punch presses, steel rule dies, adhesives, foams, silicones, Mylars, gum rubbers, copper sheeting PVC sheets, and other sheet stock materials, very helpful, not a must.
Forklift exp helpful, be able to lift 30lbs, climb ladderthis is not a physical run around all day job. at first yah there's a lot going on, but you fall in and figure things out
M-F 8-430 2-15 min breaks, half hr. lunch
