CNC Lathe Machinist wanted to fill an immediate need. We are a small, well established job shop that is looking to grow with a team who has has pride in their work and can produce results to make it happen. We need someone who is able to program, set-up and run CNC and manual lathes to high quality and efficiency levels. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, inspect parts made, correct any deviations, adapt to realities and produce parts well within tolerances and specs. Good communication with management about strategies, methods, improvements and concerns is important to attain and push expectations. We currently have older lathe equipment, but are looking to upgrade with the right person who shows the drive, knowledge and competency to a level that will justify the expense.
