Our client, a global leader in precision aerospace manufacturing, is growing its team in Haverhill, MA.
We’re hiring CNC machinists for 2nd shift operations and seeking professionals who take pride in producing tight-tolerance, high-quality machining.
Now Hiring (Full-Time, 2nd Shift Only):
- CNC Grinder
- Manual Lathe Operator
- CNC Lathe / Mill Turn Machinist
What You’ll Do:
- Setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment or manual engine lathes
- Reading blueprints and engineering drawings to produce high-precision parts
- Troubleshooting new programs, setups, and machine offsets
- Working within tolerances as tight as +/- .00015" to .001"
- Using a variety of gauges and indicators to inspect and verify parts
- Supporting high-performance aerospace component production
What We’re Looking For:
- CNC Machining experience (CNC or manual grinding, lathe, or mill turn)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in tight tolerances
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety and quality
Compensation Package:
- Competitive pay range: $26–$39/hr based on experience
- 15% shift premium for 2nd shift
- Flexible 2nd shift start times (4pm, 5pm, or 6pm – 8-hour shift)
