Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Provide information about the company and its services.
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
