We are a small music electronics company located in Needham, and we are looking for a part-time or an intern manufacturing technician who can join us for the duration of summer, and potentially beyond. The responsibilities include:
- Assembling Components: Using soldering techniques to connect components to PCBs.
- Quality Control: Inspecting soldered joints and components for defects.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving soldering issues.
- Using Specialized Tools: Operating soldering irons, and other electric equipment
- Following Diagrams: Interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
- Precision: Working with small components and requiring a steady hand for precise soldering.
Training can be provided if needed, for up to 5 hours. Pay is commensurate with experience and time commitment. Must be able to use public transportation or drive.
