PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees entire production floor – employees, machinery and production of customer orders
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Maintains all machines
Interacts with Customers, Vendors, Production Employees, Designer and General Manager
Oversees Safety Operations of machines and employees (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.
Produces samples for Sales Reps
Assigns specific tasks to employees on the production floor
Maintains warehouse supplies as needed (orders/receives)
Monitors schedules of employees
Responds to emails and telephone calls as needed
Accesses job files in computer as needed
Approves all dies
Meets with customers on products as needed
Production Meetings daily
Assign jobs for floor and reviews blanket customer orders
Reviews all design work for orders/samples
Oversees Quality Inspections
Manages and maintains customer dies
Reports time off or incidents with employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Management Skills - At least 3-5 years of experience
Manufacturing Experience
Computer Skills
Organizational and Communication Skills
Self Motivated
Team Player
