JOB DESCRIPTION:
Source and procure raw spices, herbs, and packaging materials from trusted local suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet production and inventory needs
Monitor market trends, global spice availability, and price fluctuations
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance data
Ensure all materials meet strict food safety and quality standards
Work closely with our Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D teams
