Eccentric CEO/arts entrepreneur of a small money management firm headquartered in Harvard Square seeks a special projects manager who has an interest in Latin (hence “eccentric CEO”)—Vergil a plus. Job is rarely the same every day: extremely diverse assignments, from managing executive travel to negotiating vendor deals to organizing online databases of AI tools. The job combines commercial, philanthropic, and personal projects for the CEO. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. A top-tier academic background is required: BA in Classics or a humanities-related field. Masters / Ph.D. / ABD—a plus, esp. ABD. FT (40-hour version with flex) or Beeper-Level (50+ hours, more work-work balance for more money) versions are available for the right person. This is a hybrid onsite/home position.
