As a Clinician in our residential programs, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young individuals, providing individual, group, and family therapy that guides them toward a brighter future. You’ll be a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, bringing trauma-informed care to life and ensuring that each resident receives the tailored support they need.
What You'll Do
Comprehensive Care: From the moment a resident is referred, you'll be there every step of the way—conducting trauma-informed intakes, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with case managers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate services that address physical and mental health, behavior support, education, vocational needs, and more.
Family Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with families, ensuring youth safety during visitations and facilitating family therapy to strengthen bonds.
Milieu Support: Be a trusted presence in the milieu, offering behavior management, crisis intervention, and ongoing support to both residents and staff.
Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly clinical and staff meetings, critical case reviews, and professional development opportunities to keep your skills sharp and stay ahead in your field.
Community Connection: Help ensure a smooth transition post-discharge by coordinating referrals to community-based services, making sure the care continues even after they leave our program.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field required.
Licensure: Licensed or on the path to licensure (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC).
Competence: Demonstrated ability to work through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
