This Part Time LICSW role will support a dedicated team of licensed clinicians and collaborate with the Youth Services Clinical Director to provide the guidance and mentoring they need to deliver therapeutic care across various specialized programs, including intensive treatment residences, CSEC programs, pre-independent living, and young parenting programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and approve timely completion of clinical assessments and treatment plans, ensuring residents are on track to meet their goals.
Lead the implementation and regular review of treatment and safety plans across programs.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy aligned with residents’ treatment plans.
Develop and deliver staff training programs, enhancing the clinical skills of your team.
Supervise and mentor a team of licensed clinicians, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of care.
Facilitate weekly clinical meetings to drive collaboration and program excellence.
Maintain professional documentation and participate in clinical on-call rotation.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
Proven experience in diagnostic assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a clinical team.
