Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
Perform general custodial duties, including cleaning offices, restrooms, and other areas.
Collect and transport garbage, clean floors, and maintain carpets.
Assist in a variety of tasks related to building upkeep, utilities, and grounds maintenance.
Operate vehicles to transport supplies and materials.
Assist with the preparation and painting of interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintain landscaping and assist with general maintenance tasks.
Handle maintenance and repairs of wood, concrete, metal, timber, stone, and other materials using hand and power tools.
Replace elements such as boards, siding, faucets, and mower blades.
Winter duties may include snow shoveling, snow removal, and salting by hand.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Education: High School Level, Trade
