This position provides vocational supports to Individuals in the program with a concentration in animal care and organic farming in Georgetown, MA. Full Time, Part Time, and Weekend shifts available. Farm experience and some experience with Disabled Individuals preferred. Requires a high degree of coachability, flexibility, and commitment to person-centered, non-stigmatizing, holistic supports.
