We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Child care/preschool team. This role supports the daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth communication with parents, staff, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist families, staff, and visitors in a friendly manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain student records and assist with enrollment processes.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school events.
Ensure compliance with licensing and documentation requirements.
Order and organize office and classroom supplies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
Previous experience in an early childhood or school setting preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
