Administrative Assistant

Our client, a consulting firm in Boston, MA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours for this role are 8:30am-5pm, and it is compensating up to $25 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive scheduling support to multiple individuals, including appointment, calendar, and meeting management.Increase managers' productivity by handling tasks such as screening calls, interacting with vendors and clients, and managing email correspondence.Complete administrative processes, including handling time and expense reports.Prepare domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and other arrangements.Coordinate internal and external meetings and activities, such as facility reservations, hotel accommodations, and catering.Assist in preparing and organizing documents for proposals and presentations, including contract tracking, printing, organizing, and archiving meeting support materials.Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders as they arise.Handle special projects with demanding deadlines and coordinating and setting up of events.Serve as front desk reception back-up by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling deliveries.Qualifications:High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment.Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage and organize a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.Experience working both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), SAP, and Concur desirable.Strong oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
