ASSISTANT TO PROJECT MANAGERS ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK COMPANY
Architectural millwork manufacturer located just north of Boston is looking for an associate to join our team to assist our Project Managers.
This is an in-house position.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to read architectural drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD a plus)
Research material and installation pricing; obtain quotes from vendors
Assist project managers (i.e. preparing purchase orders, submittals, sending samples, preparing bills of lading, etc.)
Print drawings from plotter
Qualifications:
At least 2 years architectural millwork is a MUST
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Needs to be dependable, quick-learner, multi-tasker, have great attention to detail and follow-up, and be a self-starter
High School diploma, with technical college and/or field experience most favorable
Must understand English easily with good communication skills
