Responsibilities
-Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine repair costs.

-Collaborate with technicians and to prepare estimates.
-Utilize automotive estimating software to create accurate appraisals.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and regulations related to vehicle appraisals.
-Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies regarding appraisal findings.
Requirements
-Proven experience in automotive service, auto service management, or automotive repair.
-Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify vehicle issues quickly.
-Experience in auto estimating is a requirement.
-Familiarity with service writing and documentation processes.
-Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate fair agreements between parties involved in the appraisal process.
-Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is a requirement.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple appraisals efficiently.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
