Book Keeper
We are a dynamic fast growing construction company looking for an experienced office admin / book keeper. The ideal candidate for this role is engaging, focused and ambitious, a natural multi-tasker with great attention to detail. A comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise desktop edition is required.
Job Responsibilities
Tracking AR/AP
Running weekly payrolls in Quickbooks Payroll
General HR duties including new employee intake, maintaining personnel files, and working with outside vendors on our employee benefit plans.
File vendor invoices and customer receipts
Reconcile financial statements in QuickBooks
Make journal entries to allocate expenses to multiple entities
Work with our insurance broker on applications for various policies.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Online a must
Office management experience in a construction company a strong plus
Attention to detail, strong organizational and computer skills
Strong English language and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Prior experience with a construction company a strong plus
