National Labor Management Company is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to assist the City Manager in Boston and surrounding area. Full time schedule, some hours are determined by events, nights and weekends are required. Flexible work hours.
Essential Skills:
Ensure the highest level of face-to-face customer service to both clients and employees
Work on show floor for all Boston shows
Occasional work in Boston office when needed to support Boston City Manager
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management
Meet deadlines while working independently
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, CRM Software is a plus
Must be able to track and process:
I. Hours for individual projects for invoicing
II. Employee time for payroll
III. Digital updating of worksite progress
Most importantly, a team player!
