Our client, a premium wholesale company located south of the city, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team until November. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday starting at either 7:30am or 8:30am, and ending at either 4:30pm or 5:30pm, respectively. This role is compensating up to $31 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Enters, manages, and tracks customer, employee, and sample orders from order entry through delivery verification.Escalates any concerns and ensures all changes are implements and resolved for customers.Analyzes all order related transactions assuring accuracy and gaining corrections as needed.Works with price lists to ensure all orders are correct, working cross functionally to resolve and execute.Maintains and updates order processing/procedural documentation as required.Works cross functionally to ensure accurate and timely completion of position responsibilities.Generates reports and statistics as needed for internal and external customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once with a positive attitude.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree2-5 years customer service experience preferably in a consumer goods manufacturing environment.Ability to effectively prioritize multiple and often competing tasks.Excellent written communication skills including the ability to independently compose correspondence.Excellent verbal and interpersonal skillsPositive, professional outlook, sense of urgency and pleasant telephone voice and manner.Strong knowledge with all Microsoft softwareExperience with Power BI, preferred but not necessary.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and internal teams.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
