Boutique audio retail shop is looking for college students for the office assistant position. You would work mainly with the office and sales and marketing areas of the company. You must live close to or be able to commute to the Cambridge central area.
If you are interested in audio technology, but also in marketing and sales and you are a great communicator, this is an excellent opportunity to work and learn in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site, preferably from Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who can work between 20 to 30hrs a week, between 9 and 5pm for at least 3 months. If you love technology and music, we are going to be a great match!
Some typical activities include assisting in:
- Administrative support (inventory, shipping, logistics, data entry, showroom preparation)
- Social media, website, blogs and news updates.
- Audio systems setup and learn how to present them.
- Event organization and logistics.
- Work in Office or Google tools to create product description and reports.
- Marketing campaigns execution.
- Office work in general.
If you have experience in video and graphic design, that's a plus.
