Residential Construction Supervisor/Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team. Our company is a leading construction firm that specializes in residential construction and remodeling projects. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed within the allotted time frame and budget
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management
Requirements:
- In-office and field work (No Remote work)
- 3+ years of experience as a Residential Construction Supervisor or Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software
- Speaks Portuguese as a second language
