Executive Assistant to $130K Plus Boston?Partner with a CEO! (A1162546)Our client, an innovative technology company, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all of the aspects of the CEO?s day and office operations. Responsibilities include logistical support for the executive, including calendar management, accommodating meeting requests, frequently coordinating travel arrangements, planning team events, preparing expense reports, and acting as a representative of the CEOs office internally and externally. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, has excellent writing skills and top technical skills.
