EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ADMIN (Part-Time, with Growth to Full-Time) — Landscaping and Maintenance Company

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional meetings at our office in Wilmington, MA

Hours: Part-time to start, with potential for full-time as we grow

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support daily business operations. This role will start as part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company scales.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support for invoicing, estimates, and scheduling

Manage communications with customers, vendors, and field laborers

Offer light sales support by responding to inbound inquiries and assisting with quotes

Handle office organization and digital file management

Assist with financial and legal tasks, including insurance, tax, and business compliance—by researching steps, contacting appropriate agencies, and following through to completion

Maintain a pulse on company operations to help the owner prioritize and execute daily objectives

WHO YOU ARE:

You have strong communication and organizational skills

You’re resourceful, persistent, and have the ability to “figure things out” independently

You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take initiative without being told

You’re comfortable learning new systems, working with minimal supervision, and getting things done efficiently

You enjoy being part of a growing team and take pride in helping build something from the ground up

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

Some experience in an office, administrative, or project coordination role

Working knowledge of invoicing, scheduling, or small business operations (helpful but not essential)
