Hiring - Experienced Office Administrator

Hiring an experienced office admin for corporate professional services office in Peabody. Schedule can be flexible within the range of 25-40 hours per week.

Hiring an office administrator pro! Someone that knows how to run an office from bringing in the newspaper in the morning to mail/bank runs when leaving and juggling everything in between! This position is all about the operations of the daily office routine from answering the phones, to greeting clients, processing mail, bank runs, office errands, supplies ordering, heavy calendar management for 10+ people, vendor management, liaison with HR and IT, etc. Someone that has done it all in an office environment and knows how to juggle all of it while managing priority items of the day. This is not a mundane job that is the same tasks every day, this is a fast-paced office with assignments changing throughout the day depending on management, client, and staff needs.

Requirements:

8+ years of corporate office experience

Expert with all MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel are most heavily used)

Expert experience with handling outlook calendars for multiple people

Pro with managing basic operations of office including answering phones, stocking supplies, general office maintenance

General knowledge of IT issues and experience working with IT to resolve basic issues

Light Accounting/data entry experience is helpful

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Strong capabilities in problem solving and working autonomously
