Office Manager / Customer Service – Walker’s Gymnastics & Dance (Lowell, MA)
Walker’s Gymnastics & Dance is looking for a reliable, organized, and upbeat Office Manager to join our team. This role handles all front-desk operations, class management in iClassPro, and communication with families and coaches.
Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, great people skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment.
Schedule: 30–40 hours/week (afternoons, evenings, some weekends)
Pay: $22–$28/hr based on experience

Key Duties:
Manage class enrollments, billing, and parent communication in iClassPro
Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
Support coaches and scheduling
Process tuition, payments, and monthly reports
Coordinate new session rollouts, team communication, and events
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Strong with Excel / Word / iClassPro / Google Workspace
Excellent communication & organization
Prior experience in a gymnastics, dance, or youth activity environment preferred
