Hours/Schedule: 20hours/week
Job Type: Contract to Hire (W2)
Location Requirements: Hybrid, work can be done with two days onsite in the office preferred and the rest can be done remotely
Rate: $30-$35/Hr.
Job Description: Looking for an Office Manager to facilitateoffice operations and anticipates and addressoperational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinatebusiness equipment (inventory, device tracking/control, repairs, new device orders).
- Facilitate invoices
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Maintain files to include company registrations, taxes, insurance, bank accounts, etc.
- Assist the HR manager with regular operations(e.g.: payroll, record keeping, onboarding)
- Other office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
