We are a local full-service landscaping company seeking an administrative assistant with previous office experience. The position will be 25-30 hours within the school schedule. The job consists of answering phones, managing the company email, scheduling estimates, managing the owner's schedule, issuing & receiving invoices, sending proposals, managing social media accounts, submitting payroll and tracking sick and vacation time, document filing & assisting on special projects. The position requires good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft windows and any experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Pay is negotiable and based on experience - Range is $20 - $24 per hour. We are off most holidays and are paid for them. Vacation time is earned at the 1 year anniversary of employment.
