A growing multi-unit fast-casual restaurant group in Beverly is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support its weekly and monthly financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, is detail-oriented, and is confident managing ongoing bookkeeping tasks across multiple locations.
Bookkeeper - What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate weekly and monthly AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
Enter and verify vendor invoices, credits, and payments
Process payroll entries and weekly labor summaries (coordination with Payroll provider)
Reconcile daily sales, cash, and deposit variances between POS and the accounting system
Prepare internal reporting to ownership (COGS, labor summaries, vendor aging, etc.)
Assist with the month-end close and coordination with CPA firm as needed
Bookkeeper - What You Bring:
Previous restaurant bookkeeping experience is required
Experience with Restaurant365, MarginEdge, Craftable, or similar restaurant accounting software
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing recurring weekly workflows with accuracy and consistency
Bookkeeper - Schedule & Compensation:
10–15 hours per week with flexible scheduling
$25–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
