Our client, a telecommunications company based in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Property Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. The Property Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of the company's real estate portfolio by managing projects and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring smooth property operations, and working cross-functionally with teams in Property Management, Leasing, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and have experience managing customer relations and property-related projects. This is a hybrid, full time role paying $27 an hour for at least six months.
