EVERY OTHER WEEKEND 2PM to 8PM
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Concierge is the first person to show service excellence for the community. The Concierge is the first point of contact for all who enter the Community. Concierge must answer and screen all incoming calls and take messages as appropriate. Concierge must assist and engage Residents and family members.
We are seeking outstanding people to fill our every other weekend shifts 2PM to 8PM and fill shifts as needed
Concierge will update daily logs.
Qualifications and Skills
Preferred experience with answering phones in a customer service facing environment.
Computer literate with good typing skills.
Excellent listening and verbal skills, and effective communicator.
Passion for working with Seniors
Job Type: Every Other Weekend and Fill in as needed for other shifts
Pay: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour
Schedule:
Evening shift/ could be some shifts for fill in during the week
Weekends A MUST
Work Location: In person
