Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their Boston office. This position involves providing high-level administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in Microsoft Office and Concur. Reporting to the Head Executive Assistant, this position requires a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in the office per week. Compensation for this role is $30/hour.
