Busy firm in Hingham is seeking administrative help during tax season from late January to May.
The primary duties will be to organize, scan and file tax documents. Additional duties will include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting the Office Administrator with any other support as needed
Ideal days would be Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, but flexible. We expect the hours to approximate 25 - 30 hours per week
Candidate Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some administrative or clerical experience preferred
Computer skills preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, task-focused, and able to work independently
