REQUIREMENTS:

-Sense of humor and willingness to learn by doing
-Full Time Commitment
-Your own car
Needed:
- Someone to who is self-motivated, willing to do rental deals at first, and gain exposure to purchase transactions
- Non-Glamorous rental deals and cold calling
- If you want to hustle and grind, I need someone to perform showings, applications for renters, advertise rentals, assist with buyer showings, etc.
- I work across a wide range of markets and will help you build your own portfolio of buyer and seller clients.
- I do not promise buyer leads like other brokerages. I offer the ability to learn to grow your own book of business. If you choose to work with me there is no contract, no term commitment, I seek an investment via your time to help me close excess rental business, and in exchange, will coach you into the strategies that have worked for me.
Experience Level:
- None needed, but any closing history is better than nothing
You should be:
- Located in or near Boston (My business covers: Watertown, Scituate, Beverly, Arlington, Newton, Wellesley, Downtown Boston, and mostly within the I-495 radius)

Compensation:
Your compensation will be on a % the commission
There is no hourly or salary involved - This is completely commission based employment.
If you have alternative employment as you begin to grow your business - that is totally fine.
Commitment requirement is minimum 4 hours per day 5x per week.
