PARKVIEW PART TIME BUILDING/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR WEEKEND DAYS

We are a 318 Unit Condominium Complex located at 200 Swanton Street, Winchester, Massachusetts,
Convenient to Boston and accessible by public transportation.
Position
A Part-time Maintenance Person who is self-motivated, dependable, honest, with property maintenance skills that can work independently and takes pride in a job well done. This is a part-time position which requires a 2 day (8 hours per day) on Saturdays and Sundays. Starting salary $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
Addressing and resolving basic maintenance, painting and general building maintenance issues required to maintain the interior and exterior of our buildings and grounds.
Maintaining the cleanliness of our buildings and grounds, assisting in trash removal and cleaning duties when assigned.
Assisting in snow removal and sanding of walkways, stairs, and parking lots when assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or GED, able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Experience and competency in of residential building maintenance. Experience is important, but we are willing to invest in some training in certain areas of this position.
Capable of performing manual labor and able to lift 50 pounds of weight.
Must be able to pass a CORI/Background check.
Must be willing to be on-call for a limited amount of time for emergencies, during evenings and some weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
