We are a boutique property management company serving the Greater Boston Area. We specialize in the management of mostly multi-family properties and a few commercial properties for over 25 years. With many long term employees of 10+ years, we are looking for a new member of our office family.
We are looking for a bi-lingual individual who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with people and can balance office duties with site inspections. While property management experience is a plus, it is not a requirement as we will be willing to train. Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.
Duties
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Utilize property management software Appfolio for efficient operations and record-keeping.
Coordinate property maintenance with maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
Work with outside Vendors to schedule work for properties
Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and customer relationship management.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance protocols.
Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance issues for upper management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Must speak Spanish
Familiarity with Appfolio software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of real estate administrative tasks, contracts, and facilities management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.
Ability to handle maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Proficient in office software applications for reporting and communication purposes.
Valid Drivers License and vehicle
