What You’ll Do:

- Build Connections: Find and nurture partnerships with real estate pros, local businesses, and other key players that fit with our goals.

- Keep Relationships Strong: Maintain and grow relationships with our partners to ensure everyone benefits from working together.

- Make Deals Happen: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, then work with our partners to roll out new initiatives.

- Stay in the Know: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves to spot new opportunities and stay ahead.

- Track Success: Monitor how well our partnerships are performing and suggest ways to improve.

- Promote Partnerships: Team up with our marketing crew to spread the word about our partnerships and integrate them into our overall strategy.

- Report Back: Share updates and insights with our leadership team about how partnerships are going and where we can grow.

Who You Are:

- Experienced: You’ve got experience in partnership management, business development, or something similar, ideally in real estate.

- People Person: You’re great at building and maintaining relationships and negotiating deals.

- Analytical: You use data to make smart decisions and track success.

- Flexible:You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple projects.

- Educated: You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or something related. Extra credentials are a bonus.

- Real Estate License is preferred but not required

- Upfront investment for Franchise fee required
